If Danny isn’t hiking though Guatemala or biking the California coast you’ll probably find him coding away at the Hacker Dojo in Mountain View.  Danny’s been part of the Startup scene in Silicon Valley for the past five years, programming for numerous Venture backed Companies.

 

A transplant from the Philippines, Danny started hacking away after graduating with a Computer Science degree from De La Salle University.

 

Cooking, his other life passion often takes a back seat to programming beautiful code but once in a blue moon you can catch him whipping up a 5 star meal.

Dan Kwon

A self acclaimed “jack of all trades and a master of many,” Dan is almost impossible to find but is somehow everywhere at the same time.  If he’s not traveling to distant lands, you can probably find him flying small planes over California, scuba diving in Honduras or racing down the Central American highway to make it in time for a gallo pinto dinner in Costa Rica.  

Once a suit and tie guy, heading up International strategy and operations for an aviation company, Dan ditched the formal and purchased a Pizzeria.   While the days of pepperoni and mushrooms are long behind him, Dan’s passion for business, travel and people has stuck, being part of several Bay Area Startups the past few years.  Dan holds a Bachelors and Masters in IT from Cal Poly and is responsible for UI, SEO and Business functions at Classified Commons.
